Age Groups: Sessions are organized by age to ensure the best experience:
Ages 8 to 12: 2-hour sessions
Ages 13 to 15: 3-hour sessions
Ages 16 to 18: 3-hour sessions
Ages 19 and up: 3-hour sessions
